21 Yesterdays: Now Available on Amazon
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! (Well, one or two people did ask about it.) Apparently, AMAZON sold out of all copies of the First Printing (2013). So, in case you missed it, here is the (2016) Second Printing of “21 Yesterdays”. For what it’s worth, the two stories I like best in this collection are the first two. “’03 Three Oaks” is about life in a small Michigan town where the visit of President William McKinley caused reporters to miss the nearby 1899 flight of Augustus Herring more than four years before the similar Wright Brothers’ feat. “The Iowa Trip” is about three young men who meet Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens when their bus breaks down, attend their last concert days later, and watch their plane take off minutes before the tragic 1959 crash.
