Based in Traverse City, Michigan Writers provides opportunities for networking, publication, and education to writers who either live in or are from the Great Lakes state. It sponsors workshops, encourages establishment of writing groups, and publishes a journal of fiction and poetry entitled the Dunes Review, acknowledged as Northern Michigan’s premier literary journal.
